  • Dear Wellsworth96,

You're right about the original first answer, my bad. There were 80 spots and rooms for the essential personnel and the children. 80 essential personnel were in 100 Skaikru adults and there were 80 more Skaikru children. When the grounders were about to take away the children because there were not on the list, Marcus Kane told the grounders that the children stays in the bunker.

    • I honestly think the essential personnel were only Marcus Kane, Abigail Griffin, Thelonious Jaha, Eric Jackson, Costa and about four or five others. And there was only about 10-20 children.

    • Where did you even heard that? Did you hear what I said?

    • Well if you do the math and what Abby says.

    • We're all getting mixed up here. I said I was wrong and you were right the first original answer. There were 80 spots and rooms for the essential personnel and the children. 80 essential personnel were in 100 Skaikru adults and there were approx. 80 more Skaikru children. When the grounders were about to take away the children because there were not on the list, Marcus Kane told the grounders that the children stays in the bunker.

    • Eugene, you're mixing up the numbers.

Skaikru had a total of 100 spots. While they were doing the lottery, 20 spots were saved for essential personnel & children (i.e. number of essential personnel + number of children = 20 people), with 80 available for the lottery. As for Clarke's list, as far as we know all essential personnel & children were already on the list, leaving Skaikru with no more than 100 people inside the bunker.

    • Who knows I guess. If you're saying it, I think you have to change the edits in Polis page and the Second Dawn Bunker page that has the population numbers, because Wellsworth96 just edited the population numbers differently.

They way I look at it, I think they were able save few others. E.i. Costa, Nathan.

    • I believe we should stick to known facts: Skaikru was given 100 spots & 11 other clans got 100 spots each. Thus there is approximately 1200 people in the bunker. No we don't know the exact number, but listing "~1,200" or "approximately 1,200" matches facts.

      • Speculating that Grounders gave Skaikru an extra 20-80 spots just to include children is silly. Grounders didn't get extra spots for their children, so why would they give more spots to Skaikru?
        • Also, 20 people included essential personnel, which included Kane, Abby, Clarke, Bellamy, Raven, & more. That means Skaikru had no more than 15 children, not 20-80.
      • As far as we know, all the 'extra' people Kane gave spots to, i.e. Nathan & the children, were either already on the list or replaced people who were on the list but died (after the list was made, before "The Chosen").
        • Btw, why are you claiming Costa is an extra & what's Kane excuse for him?

You're right Janus100, but I want you to edit the Polis page and the Second Dawn Bunker page that has the population numbers, because Wellsworth96 just edited the population numbers differently.

    • I'll edit, but I'm trying to avoid an edit war & thus giving time for this discussion. I need to go to an appointment now anyway, so I'll be back in 1-2 hours.

I'm thinking he was an essential person.

Costa was seen in Praimfaya. I think was an essential person.

    • Since you didn't objected to the rest of my message, I'll take that as a go ahead.

As for Costa, if he was essential, then he would certainly have been on Clarke's list and is not an extra.
