Jessica was born in Barrie, Ontario, Canada on December 27, 1985. She is the sister of Richard Harmon.
She began her acting career in 1997, in The Outer Limits. She has also appeared in Agent Cody Banks, Black Christmas and IZombie. She has also worked as a casting assistant.
