In Polis, Ontari is having trouble as fake commander as she cannot name all of the previous commanders unless she has the flame. Several ambassadors come to ask her about and her hand immediately goes to her knife but Murphy steps in and buys her some time. She tells him that she deserves to be commander as she was taken from her family by Nia and suffered her cruelty.
Back at Arkadia, Raven is attempting to block out A.L.I.E. by overloading her senses. It briefly works and A.L.I.E. vanishes, but she reappears a few moments later and tells Raven that the level of sensory stimulation required to block her out is unsustainable. Raven discusses with Abby and Jasper that she knows how to stop A.L.I.E. She tells them that the wristbands worn by the original 100 can be used to destroy the chip. Abby sends Jasper to get them, but Jaha finds them first and destroys them. A.L.I.E. forces Raven to submit to her by giving her back painful memories such Finn and Mount Weather. She submits to A.L.I.E. which allows A.L.I.E. to take over her and possess her. Jackson then sedates Abby.
Back in Polis, Ontari is yet again being questioned by the ambassadors but Murphy has helped coach her so that she doesn't kill them. However, she gouges the Ice Nation ambassador's eyes out instead to regain control. Later, she leads Murphy to her chambers and chains him up. Murphy asks her why and she says that she doesn't trust him. She proposes for them to have sex and says he can't as there is someone else: Emori. Ontari threatens his life and the two have sex.
In Arkadia, Abby awakes to find herself tied up with Jaha, Jackson, and Raven standing in front of her. They threaten her to take the chip but Abby says she won't. Raven is possessed by A.L.I.E. and she cuts her arms to force Abby into taking the chip. Abby eventually succumbs to save Raven and takes the chip.
Later, Jasper comes to the main hall in Arkadia to see Jaha and Abby giving out chips to the entire population. He runs to find Raven and sees her unconscious, with her arms bandaged. She awakes and apologizes for frightening him, telling him to take the chip. Jasper injects her with a substance that knocks her out and carried her away. A.L.I.E. realizes and sends the chipped population to stop him. Jasper puts Raven in a rover and begins to drive away and is forced to crash through the walls of Arkadia. He then sees Clarke standing in front of him. She says she needs Lincoln to lead her to Luna but Jasper yells that he is dead and she needs to get in the Rover. The Rover won't start and Jasper calls Clarke the Angel of Death. Suddenly the Rover starts and Clarke and Jasper drives away with Raven. Abby smiles and says that Arkadia has fallen and they can now move onto stage 2.
Ontari: "I deserve this throne. I was raised for it. Snatched from my parents by the Queen of Azgeda. I suffered her cruelty. I won the Conclave. The Ambassadors don't get to judge me, and neither do you!"
Kane (to Octavia): "The Grounders are going to need him alive. They didn't get justice for Finn. We won't get away with that again."
Kane (to Bellamy): "Did you do this for your sister, or because it was the right thing to do?"
