Clarke and Bellamy is the relationship between Clarke Griffin and Bellamy Blake. They are portrayed by starring cast members Eliza Taylor and Bob Morley, and début in the first episode of season one. Their co-partnership started in the fourth episode of Season One and a friendship developed in the eighth episode of season one.
Summary
The relationship between Clarke Griffin and Bellamy Blake starts out antagonistic towards each other. In the beginning, Bellamy shows a great amount of animosity towards Clarke and considers her to be one of the "privileged" in the hierarchy the Ark created. Meanwhile, Clarke often disagrees with the decisions Bellamy makes. However, as season one goes on, their relationship develops into a partnership. Their partnership grows into a friendship filled with mutual respect and trust. They are both shown to care if the other lives or dies.
They are separated during the war in We Are Grounders (Part 2), only to be reunited again in the fifth episode of Season Two. Clarke and Bellamy pull down the lever that causes all the Mountain Men, including the children and people who have helped them, to die in Blood Must Have Blood (Part 2). After that, Clarke leaves Bellamy and the rest of her people behind at Camp Jaha to cope with what happened at Mount Weather and decompress.
In Season Three, they have been separated and reunited 4 times. In Wanheda (Part 2), Bellamy finds Clarke, captive, but he is stabbed in the leg and she is taken away by Roan. In Ye Who Enter Here, Bellamy arrives at Polis and finds Clarke there. He begs her to come back to Arkadia with him but she refuses so he leaves without her. In Hakeldama, Clarke sneaks into Arkadia to confront Bellamy about his massacre of a Grounder army. He attempts to take her to Pike but she shock-lashes him and escapes. In Nevermore, they are reunited once again and attempt to save Raven's life along with the help of the other Delinquents. In Join or Die, Bellamy admits to Clarke that he was really angry at her for leaving and that he doesn't want to feel that way anymore.
They were working together for most of Season Four, but they separated in We Will Rise and reunited at the end of DNR. In the season finale, Praimfaya, Clarke told Bellamy to use his head and that he inspires people with his big heart. At the end, Bellamy had to decide to leave Clarke behind since she did not make it back to Becca's lab on time. Bellamy, along with six others, used Becca's rocket to go back to the Ark while Clarke remained on the ground. Bellamy assumed Clarke died in the death wave. In an epilogue scene, taking place six years later, it is revealed that Clarke has survived and has been trying to contact Bellamy using radio. It is unclear if Bellamy has received these messages and is unable to respond or if he still believes Clarke to be dead. Clarke has been waiting for 2,199 days for Bellamy to respond and is wondering why the group has not come back to Earth.
Throughout the Series
In Pilot, Clarke meets Bellamy for the first time just after the Dropship lands on Earth. Bellamy tries to open up the door but Clarke objects stating that the air could be toxic. Bellamy tells her that if the air is toxic they will all die anyway. Clarke tries to formulate a reply but is interrupted by Octavia Blake calling out Bellamy's name.
When Clarke realizes they were dropped on the wrong mountain, she informs the rest of the 100 that they need to head for Mount Weather. Bellamy suggests Clarke and Wells go while the rest wait for them to return with supplies. Before she leaves, Clarke reveals that the wristbands transmit vital signs to the Ark. If the 100 take them off the Ark will think they are dead. This confession leads Bellamy on a mission to remove everyone's wristbands to make the Ark think Earth is not safe.

In Earth Skills, Clarke learns that Bellamy and his followers have been removing wristbands. Clarke blatantly, calls Bellamy and the rest of the 100 idiots. She explains that the 100 need those wristbands because, without them, they won't survive the Grounders on their own. Bellamy isn't convinced and states the 100 are stronger than she thinks. Bellamy declares that the Grounders should fear them and with a speech to the 100, they believe the same. When one volunteers to help Clarke rescue Jasper, she approaches Bellamy and convinces him to join the rescue party.
Later, Bellamy tells her the moment she takes the wristband off they can go rescue Jasper. Clarke tells Bellamy the only way the Ark is going to think she's dead is if she is dead. He calls her a "brave princess". Before things can escalate further, Finn interrupts the conversation stating Bellamy should get his own nickname.

When the group finds a strung up Jasper, Clarke triggers a pitfall and Bellamy instinctively grabs her arm, saving her. For a brief moment, Bellamy considers letting Clarke die so her wristband shut off. However, in the end, Bellamy helps pull Clarke to safety. Clarke and Bellamy stare at each other for a short moment. Clarke eventually turns her focus away from Bellamy and back onto saving Jasper. The two never mention it again.
After helping rescuing Jasper, Bellamy is shown trading wristbands for meat from the panther Wells shot. When Clarke sees members of the 100 taking off their wristbands for food, Clarke refuses to.
In Earth Kills, Bellamy wants to kill Jasper, believing that he will die soon anyway, but Clarke doesn't allow him to. Bellamy gives her a small bit of time, saying that if Jasper isn't better by then, he will kill him. Later, Clarke helps Bellamy mercy-kill Atom after he is exposed to the acid fog.
In Murphy's Law, Clarke tells Bellamy that Murphy was the one who killed Wells. Bellamy advises Clarke to keep her mouth closed, but she goes ahead and makes a scene anyway. The scene leads to Bellamy hanging Murphy, despite Clarke begging him not to. Once the real killer is revealed to be Charlotte, Bellamy and Clarke work together to protect her from Murphy. Charlotte later commits suicide because she doesn't want anyone else getting hurt because of her, and Bellamy beats Murphy until he almost dies, however, Clarke stops him. She banishes Murphy instead of allowing Bellamy to kill him.
In Twilight's Last Gleaming, Clarke learns why Bellamy needed the Ark citizens to think that he was dead. She also gets angry at him for destroying Raven's radio, and breaks up a fight between him and Raven. Later, they watch the flares together; the ones that Raven helped create in order to show the citizens of the Ark that Earth is survivable.
In His Sister's Keeper, Clarke stops Raven from attacking Bellamy. She later sees Bellamy return from his mission to find Octavia with an injured Finn, which worries Clarke.
In Contents Under Pressure, Clarke and Bellamy interrogate Lincoln. Since Finn is dying and in need of an antidote, Clarke allows Bellamy to torture Lincoln to get him to give it up. Bellamy later grabs Clarke's hand and tells her that who they are and who they need to be in order to survive are different things.
In Day Trip, Clarke and Bellamy both go searching for supplies, and both save each other's lives when attacked by Dax. Bellamy admits that he only went to find supplies because he was planning on running away, but Clarke encourages him to come back and face Jaha, the Chancellor who he had shot on the Ark. Clarke helps get Bellamy pardoned of his crimes.
In Unity Day, The pair celebrate Unity Day together, and later on, Clarke asks Bellamy to be her back up during the peace meeting with the Grounders, and he agrees. They end up fleeing back to Camp with the other Delinquents after the peace meeting fails and a fight occurs between the two groups of people.
In I Am Become Death, Clarke and Bellamy debate on what they should do with Murphy, who has now returned to Camp. They also both catch the virus that the Grounders sent to camp by using Murphy as their "weapon". Both Clarke and Bellamy seemed relieved that Jasper succeeded in blowing up the bridge.
In The Calm, After the fire burned all the food, Bellamy announces that the Delinquents will go in small groups in search of food, and Clarke leads a group with Myles and Finn.
In We Are Grounders (Part 1), Bellamy doesn't let anyone leave the Camp to go search for Clarke and the other missing Delinquents because he thinks it's too dangerous with the Grounder army out there in the woods. He is relieved and happy when Clarke makes it back, and together they decide it would be best if the Delinquents left their camp and searched for another place to live.
In We Are Grounders (Part 2), They both participate in the war with the Grounders together. Clarke convinces Bellamy to go with them, saying that the group listens to him and that they still need his courage to go on. She reassures him later about having done well with the group, with 82 people alive. and Clarke shows regret for leaving Bellamy outside the dropship to die during the explosion. The next morning, Clarke is devastated at seeing the bodies that the explosion killed the night before and doesn't know if Bellamy is still alive.
In The 48, Clarke asks Monty and Jasper about Finn and Bellamy. She gets told neither of them made it, but she replies that they don't know for sure. Later, she says she wants to leave Mount Weather to go and find the rest of their people, just like Bellamy mentions the other Delinquents will come back to the Camp. At the end of the episode Bellamy looks heartbroken as Abby writes a message for Clarke on the wall of the drop ship.
In Inclement Weather, Bellamy, along with a few other Delinquents, leave Camp Jaha to search for Clarke and the other missing Delinquents.
In Reapercussions, Bellamy and Finn see Delano wearing Clarke's watch. Bellamy states that Clarke wouldn't give her father's watch up without a fight, and Finn says they won't either. Bellamy comes up with a plan to kidnap Delano, and once they do they bring him to the abandoned bunker and interrogate him on Clarke and the other Delinquents' whereabouts. At the end of the interrogation, Finn kills Delano, despite Bellamy disagreeing on killing him.
In Many Happy Returns, Bellamy is ready to leave Mel hanging off of a cliff in order to save time to go and find Clarke, due to Finn not wanting any distractions. Bellamy later allows Finn and Murphy to have guns and go search for Clarke and the other missing Delinquents.
In Human Trials, When Clarke sees Bellamy at Camp Jaha, she runs to him and gives him a big hug. Octavia admits she never thought Clarke would do that to Bellamy. Clarke then asks where Finn is, and Bellamy has a worried expression on his face when he says that he is out looking for her. After leaving to look for Finn, Clarke, Bellamy and Octavia camp for the night. Bellamy is seen looking at Clarke who sleeps with an unreadable expression and then smiles when she wakes up. The two share a brief conversation at night in the woods around the campfire before they start to head towards the Grounder camp. Once they get there by morning, both Bellamy and Clarke are horrified at the massacre Finn had created.

In Fog of War, Bellamy sits down with Clarke and the pair discuss Mount Weather and a plan to get the Delinquents out of there, but Finn shortly comes over to them and that makes Bellamy leave the table, giving Clarke and Finn some privacy.

In Long Into an Abyss, Bellamy and Clarke work together to save Lincoln. They later both get ready to fight in the dropship as the Grounders get their weapons out and try to kill the Sky People, believing that the Sky People lied about being able to turn Reapers back into men. During the episode, the two defend each other, especially when Lincoln attacks Clarke then Bellamy and when Nyko wants to hit Clarke.
In Spacewalker, Clarke returns to Camp Jaha with news; in order for there to be peace between the Grounders and Sky People, Finn must be handed over to the Grounders to be killed. When Clarke is hit by a Grounder, Bellamy expresses great concern and takes care of her as she fainted. Bellamy and Clarke do everything they can to protect Finn, but in the end, he surrenders and allows the Grounders to take him. When Clarke mercy-kills Finn, both Bellamy and Clarke are upset over his death.

In Remember Me, Clarke is still upset for Finn's death. Bellamy is concerned about her and is near her when he thinks she's not alright. On this occasion, he presents the plan to go to Mount Weather as an infiltrate but she denies it because it could be dangerous. Bellamy says he needs a better reason, and she tells him she can not lose him, too. After Finn's funeral, Lexa tells Clarke that to overcome the pain of loss she must see love for what it is: weakness. If she stops worrying about everyone, she will not put those she loves in danger. During the banquet, Gustus is poisoned. Bellamy knocks the cup thought to contain the same poison out of Clarke’s grasp. When tensions begin between the Sky People and the Grounders, Bellamy acts as a shield for Clarke, protecting her. Clarke understands that Gustus was poisoned by one of his clan and Bellamy senses that he was the one who poison himself, wanting to undermine the alliance. Later he reveals that he understood why the two are very similar: as Gustus would protect and done everything for Lexa, Bellamy would have done the same for Clarke. Clarke then sends Bellamy to Mount Weather and when he tells her that he thought this plan would kill him, Clarke responds by saying that she was weak and that it is worth the risk. Bellamy is visibly hurt by these words. Later, Clarke says that love is weakness, implying that she had to sent Bellamy away in order to dismiss her weaknesses and therefore the source of her affection.
In Survival of the Fittest, Clarke remains at the Grounders camp while Bellamy is traveling to Mount Weather. After the gorilla attack, Clarke schedules an action plan to conquer Mount Weather but she needs Bellamy to get to Mount Weather. Lexa asks if she trusts him and Clarke says she does because she knows that he will succeed.
In Coup de Grâce, Clarke keeps asking if there are news from Bellamy. Meanwhile, Bellamy manages to escape from the harvest chamber with Maya's help. Clarke is on the verge of breaking down when she distrust her abilities and position as a leader when she hears Bellamy's voice on the radio. Clarke is visibly relieved in hearing his voice, and the two have a brief conversation about the situation in Mount Weather. After talking with him, Clarke regains confidence in herself and plans a diversion.
In Bodyguard of Lies, Clarke mentions to Lexa how worried she is about Bellamy, and how she needs him to be able to turn off the acid fog.

In Blood Must Have Blood (Part 2), Clarke and Bellamy reunite at the reaper tunnels in Mount Weather. There, the group splits up, with Bellamy, Clarke, and Monty going off to find Dante. When they find Dante, he leads them to the control room. When Clarke sees what's happening to her friends, she calls Cage and threatens to kill Dante, which she does, shocking Bellamy and Monty. When Bellamy and Clarke are left with no choice but to irradiate Mount Weather, Bellamy holds Clarke's hand as they pull the lever to kill everyone and set free their friends.

When returning to Camp Jaha, Clarke is in too much pain to remain in the camp after everything she has done. Bellamy tries to convince her they did what was necessary, but Clarke just can't not think about it and look at all of the people she saved every day, knowing how she got them there. Clarke then kisses Bellamy on the cheek then hugs him, telling him to take care of everyone. Bellamy and Clarke have their goodbye as Clarke walks away from Camp Jaha, off to an unknown destination.
In Wanheda (Part 1), Bellamy is on a mapping run when he is called by Kane to meet him. He brings Monty. Once they arrive, they are met by Kane and Indra, who informs them that Clarke is being hunted and they need to find her. Later, in their car, Indra explains the legend of "Wanheda" and how the person who kills her will supposedly command death. Bellamy shakes his head, expressing disapproval.
In Wanheda (Part 2), Bellamy is with Pike, Indra, Monty, Hannah, and Kane when he spots Roan and Clarke across the field. He breaks into a run to get to her; however, because of the approaching Ice Nation army, Pike holds him back from going after her. Reluctantly, Bellamy agrees to hold back for a while.

Once inside, he spots a tied up Clarke and rushes to her. When he sees her, his face breaks into a smile and he tenderly moves a strand of hair away from her face, as if to ensure that she is real. Clarke, her eyes wide, says his name but it is muffled by the gag. Bellamy reassures her that he will get her out as he gently removes the gag. Immediately after doing so, Clarke calls out for Bellamy to look out and Roan appears from behind and knocks him to the ground, holding the tip of his sword to Bellamy's throat. Clarke begs Roan not to kill him and promises to do anything he wants if he lets Bellamy go. Roan backs off of Bellamy and Clarke's face fills with relief but it is quickly replaced by horror when Roan stabs Bellamy in the leg and punches him in the face so he will not be able to follow them.
Later, Bellamy is limping through the forest and grimacing in pain as his leg bleeds out, still searching for Clarke. Kane, Monty, Pike, and Hannah eventually catch up to him, but he ignores their pleas to give up the search, unwilling to let Clarke die. Monty stops Bellamy and tells him that it is no use; they have no trail and he can barely walk. Bellamy, frustrated and desperate, cries out that they can't lose Clarke. Then, shocked by his own outburst, repeats himself more quietly to Monty, on the brink of tears. Monty promises Bellamy that they will find Clarke, but not "like this".
In Ye Who Enter Here, Bellamy, Octavia and Pike rush to Polis when Echo informs them that the summit is a trap and that the Sky People there will die. But when they arrive in the throne room, Bellamy realizes that Echo betrayed them. After learning that Mount Weather was attacked, Abby fears that Arkadia might be next and Lexa commands them to leave. Bellamy tells Clarke to leave with them while Lexa offers Clarke protection if she remains as Skaikru ambassador. Clarke replies that she will be staying in Polis to make sure Lexa keeps her word. Bellamy warns Clarke that Lexa will always put her people first and begs her to come back home. Despite Bellamy's insistence, Clarke apologizes to him and stays with Lexa.
In Hakeldama, Clarke demands to see Bellamy before Lexa makes a decision about the fate of the Sky People after slaughtering an entire army of Grounders sent there to protect them. She believes that, since Bellamy saved Indra's life, he is still redeemable despite being part of the massacre. Octavia agrees to sneak her into Arkadia to see Bellamy.

Once in Arkadia, Octavia manages to bring Bellamy in a room where Clarke is waiting. Octavia leaves, slamming the door behind him. Bellamy seems surprised to see Clarke, who says they need to talk. Bellamy, sarcastically, calls her "the mighty Wanheda" and points out how she turned her back on her own people but now wants to talk. Clarke ignores the comment and proceeds by telling him that the Ice Nation paid a price for their attack and that what he did with Pike could create yet another war but this time, the Sky People against Lexa and the 12 clans. Bellamy replies smugly that he would like to see Lexa try. Clarke asks him if he wants to go to war and Bellamy replies that they have been at war since they landed and Pike understands that. Clarke tells him that Pike is the problem and that all of this isn't who Bellamy is. Bellamy says that she's wrong, that this is who he has always been but he has let her, Kane and Octavia convince him that they could trust the Grounders but he now knows who they truly are and he won't let anyone else die for that mistake. Hopelessly, Clarke tells Bellamy that she needs him, that she needs "the guy who wouldn't let [her] pull that lever in Mt. Weather by [herself]". Bellamy snaps at her that she left him, that she left everyone. He blames her for making a deal with Lexa, who abandoned them at Mount Weather, which forced them to change plans and to irradiate the entire level, killing most of the Mountain Men. He adds that she is not in charge anymore, which is a good thing because people only died when she was in charge. Clarke is left speechless by his outburst and both begin to tear up. Sitting down, Clarke apologizes to Bellamy for leaving but adds that she knew she could because they still had him. Clarke drops her head, shamefully. Bellamy crosses the room and kneels down in front of her, taking her hands. They look into each other's eyes and Clarke smiles at him. She tells him that she knows they can fix this but Bellamy replies that he's sorry too. He then handcuffs her to the table. Clarke becomes dumbstruck, struggles against the cuffs. Bellamy turns his back and leaves the room.

Later, Bellamy drags a cuffed Clarke in the halls with another guard, bringing her to Pike. Clarke begs him to not to this and Bellamy tells her that he's doing it for her own good. Octavia comes around the corner and knocks out the guard. She tells Bellamy to let Clarke go and Bellamy replies that he can't do that. They hear people coming their way and Bellamy asks Octavia to go. Clarke uses that moment of distraction to grab the guard's shock stick and shocks Bellamy with it. She then unlocks her handcuffs and runs away with Octavia.
In Nevermore, chipped Raven constantly uses Clarke as a way to get to Bellamy. Referring to him as the "good little knight by his queen's side" and saying that it's unfortunate he was never as devoted to Gina. At the end of the episode, Bellamy and Clarke are outside Niylah's trading post when Bellamy asks Clarke what you're supposed to do when you're not sure if you're the "good guy". In response, Clarke echoes her mother's words, "maybe there are no good guys."
In Demons, the two along with Octavia, Jasper, Monty, Raven, and Sinclair return to Arkadia. Bellamy goes directly to the armory to get more weapons while Clarke, Raven, and Sinclair stay in the hangar bay. After successfully discovering the passphrase for the flame Clarke leaves to go meet up with Bellamy, however along the way she encounters Emerson. She runs outside and tells Bellamy that Emerson is there and Raven and Sinclair are still inside the hangar bay. They go to the hangar bay and find Sinclair's body and discover that Raven is missing. Clarke concludes that Emerson has taken her friends to the airlock. She radios Emerson and tells him she'll give herself up if he frees her friends which he seems to agree to. Bellamy refuses to let her go on her own and follows close behind her with a weapon. However, Emerson notices and orders Bellamy enter the airlock so he can be chained up like the others. Bellamy complies with Emerson who locks Clarke's friends in the airlock and turns off the oxygen so they will suffocate. Clarke and Emerson fight as Emerson tries to make Clarke beg for mercy but instead, Clarke shoves the flame in his neck killing him. She is then able to free her friends.
In Join or Die, Clarke, Bellamy, Octavia, and Jasper are using the maps in Lincoln's journal in order to find Luna's clan. They find themselves by the sea but don't see anything present. Octavia then gets angry and blames Bellamy for Lincoln's death and Bellamy walks off. Sensing that he's upset, Clarke follows Bellamy and tells him that Octavia will forgive him eventually and that she's offering him forgiveness. They embrace each other for a moment before both being captured by the Boat People. Later when the Boat People offer safe passage, Clarke and Bellamy drink it at the same time before both falling to the ground.
In Perverse Instantiation (Part 2), Bellamy enters the throne room to find Clarke and Abby immediately pointing a weapon at the latter before Clarke reveals she is unchipped. Later, when Clarke says she needs to enter the City of Light to stop A.L.I.E., Bellamy tells her he trusts her when everyone else including her mother has doubts. At the end of the episode, Bellamy tells Clarke she doesn't look like someone who saved the world and Clarke replies, "because we didn't, not yet."

In Sleeping Giants, Bellamy and the group land on the ground, they immediately come face to face with the prisoners. In a surprise twist, Madi appears from the bushes and kills two prisoners in an instant. Madi tells them that they need to hurry because Clarke is in trouble. They are shocked to hear that Clarke is alive.
Madi and Bellamy arrive to the Valley just when Diyoza is dragging Clarke outside to torture her.Bellamy asks Diyoza to spare Clarke's life or else all the 283 prisoners in the ship would die. To prove that he's not bluffing, he shows Diyoza a mug that he carried from the ship. Bellamy makes it clear that he would trade all those lives for just one - Clarke Griffin. That's how much she means to him.

In Pandora's Box Clarke, who is in a holding cell hears the door open and Bellamy and Clarke truly reunite for the first time in six years. After a bit of talking, he tells her that Diyoza agreed to open the bunker.
In Shifting Sands Despite being injured, Octavia is determined to lead Wonkru to take the Valley, Octavia boldly rejects Clarke and Bellamy's ideas and marches Wonkru and Bellamy and Clarke down the dangerous path. A journey that would take six days. During the journey Bellamy and Clarke share a few talks. the next day they are reunited with Spacekru and Clarke and Octavia watches Bellamy reuniting with Echo.

In Acceptable Losses Clarke and Monty notice Cooper bringing in a body and locking it up in a biolab. When Cooper walks out, they break in and find that she's breeding the worms that attacked them in "Shifting Sands". They inform Bellamy about it and figure out that Cooper is planning on infecting one of the defectors with the worms so that they can use them as a weapon to attack Diyoza and the prisoners at the valley. But that means their friends at the valley would die too.
Since Octavia wouldn't listen to Bellamy or Clarke, they go to Indra about it. Clarke, Bellamy and Indra confront Octavia about her plan and the fact that it would kill their friends. After realizing that Echo and Raven were successful in gaining control over the satellite, Clarke and Bellamy agree to hide the information from Octavia. If Octavia found out, she would go to the next phase of her plan: infecting a defector with the worms to kill everyone at the valley. Clarke and Bellamy agree to go with Monty, Harper, and Madi to rescue their friends at the valley before Octavia attacks the valley.
In How We Get to Peace Clarke and Bellamy decide to sabotage Wonkru's plan to attack the valley. Clarke and Bellamy enlist the help of Indra. They use the worms to kill Cooper, and attempt to make her death look like an accident. Octavia finds Cooper's body, and realizes that she was betrayed by Clarke and Bellamy. She reveal she never planned to use the worms, but the eggs. after they killed Cooper they are talking in an abandoned house, Octavia interrupt the conversation and arrests Clarke for treason and plans to have her executed. Bellamy goes to talk to Octavia and tries to convice her to not execute Clarke. Octavia tells Bellamy he's pleading again to a traitor he loves, reveling that Bellamy loves Clarke. Bellamy uses Monty's algae to poison Octavia's food which causes her to slip into a coma.
In Sic Semper Tyrannis After poisoning his sister, Bellamy tells Indra and Clarke about it but lies to Madi and everyone else that Octavia is just sick. They agree to leave Clarke tied up while they initiate their plans for peace. Since no one can listen to them, Indra and Bellamy devise a plan to have Madi become the commander. Madi doesn't want to take the flame because Clarke wouldn't want that. But Bellamy convinces her to take it, by lying to her that it would be the only way to save Clarke. After that, Bellamy goes to Clarke and tells her about the plan but Clarke refuses to accept it because Madi is just a child and they would be putting her in danger. So, Bellamy decides to keep Clarke chained until the ceremony is over.By the time they get to Madi's ascension ceremony, Clarke and Octavia find that Madi has already taken the flame and is unconscious waiting for the flame to take over, Clark is disappointed with Bellamy's actions and slaps him in the face, Octavia orders her guards to arrest Bellamy, Gaia and Indra for treason. She then asks one of her guards to take Clarke and Madi to the rover. Clark and Madi leave Polis to the valley and leave Bellamy to die in the bunker.

Trivia
- During Season one, Bellamy was 23 and Clarke was 18. However, end of Season four, base on 6 years later and 7 days later, Bellamy was 29 and Clarke was 24.
- Jason Rothenberg confirmed Bellarke may possibly become a couple in later seasons.[1]
- In the novel, Bellamy and Clarke have a romantic relationship. In the second novel, they confess their love for each other, and at the end of the fourth book, they get engaged.

He saves her twice in season 4: shot one of Roan's men who captured her, later Bellamy stabbed Grounder ambusher before they could kill Clarke. Bellamy tries to save Clarke in "Wanheda (Part 2)" but failed. He save her once in season 5: Coming to ground to find Clarke who is captured by Eligius Prisoners, he went to Green Valley to spare Clarke’s life.
- In "How We Get to Peace", Bellamy indirectly acknowledges that he loves Clarke while talking to Octavia. The statement does not specify romantic love and could simply mean platonic love.
Producer's Notes
- "It's clear to me that these two people have come to need each other and respect each other and love each other on some pretty deep level," Rothenberg says. "Obviously, it's not romantic, certainly for Clarke anyway, and it's never been vocalized that it is for Bellamy either. You could read as much as you want in their body language and their eyes, but that's something that is being put off again as a result of Clarke's walkabout."
-"But you know what, the truth is that I'm not deliberately toying with [Bellarke]! It's just the story that we're telling now," he promises. "If it makes sense at some point, it will happen. If people really want it right now, the Bellamy/Clarke thing, I highly, highly recommend that they read the books. It's in the books! It's a very tense part of the books. If you want that right now, you can get it. At some point, the show will give it to you too, but for now, it's not there." [1]
Even though it may be difficult to wait for an inevitable, real Bellarke relationship, even the most hardcore Bellarke shipper must admit that if it happens too fast, it won't be as satisfying.
-"Absolutely!" Rothenberg agrees. "Because then once people get it, they'll be like, 'Okay, next!' But it doesn't enter our minds as storytellers as, 'How are we going to deepen and play with the Bellamy/Clarke love story?' It's just not a part of the show right now. We played with the Lexa/Clarke storyline this season and that is still ongoing because both characters are still breathing. The journey is long, and eventually, we'll be able to tell that story in all its glory, but right now, there are other things in the way of that." [1]
Bellamy and Clarke's last scene. These are two characters that have become good allies and obviously, there's a huge fan base for them romantically too. How important was it to have that scene, and also the one with him helping her push that lever to kill all the Mountain Men?
Jason Rothenberg: Important. Bellamy and Clarke are the leaders of the kids, certainly of The 100. They are two of our heroes. And they're a team. They compliment each other. They complete each other. I think they both realize now that they are indispensable to the other. Getting them back together to sort of finish the job was important, for sure. And Bellamy's gesture there to put his hand on top of hers and do it together – in some way take on the burden that he knew Clarke would be taking on in that moment – was certainly something that was important for him to do. I think Clarke appreciates it, but I don't think it lessens anything in Clarke's mind. I don't think he takes half the burden and suddenly it feels half as bad to her. But certainly, the bond, at some point in the future, that will serve to deepen their connection, for sure. Once they have time to process this.[3]
Clarke killed all of Mount Weather, and obviously, this is going to affect her a lot going forward as she left to strike out on her own, even though Bellamy took on some of the responsibility. Why is she still blaming herself when Bellamy helped shoulder that responsibility?
Bellamy's gesture at that moment was amazing and magnanimous. He doesn't want Clarke to take that on by herself. But at the end of the day, that doesn't really help absolve her of anything. Just because someone else did it with you, that doesn't make you feel any better about what you ultimately had to do.

Bellamy's still pretty affected by that choice too, right?
I suppose there's a world where Bellamy can't live with himself and what he did either and goes out and joins Clarke. That's not in the cards for these two right now, though. Clarke has reached the end of her journey and just wants to forget what she's had to do and be by herself, not reminded every second of these horrible things she's been forced to do this season in order to get her people back, from killing Finn [Thomas McDonnell] to shooting Dante to irradiating Mount Weather.[4]
Clark was the 100's leader and essentially became everyone's leader after everyone came down from the Ark. Can you say anything about what you're thinking as far as where does that leadership now fall? Does it go back to Abby? Does Bellamy take over, given what Clarke said to him at the end?
I do think Bellamy is going to be recognized as the hero that he became this season. I think that Kane, in the very brief moment between the two of them, in the dorm, as they're freeing everybody - it's essentially an acknowledgement in so many words of the mistake he made in episode one of this year when he arrested him and they sort of disregarded the fact that these kids had been on the ground for this time and knew way more than they did. Bellamy had always wanted to be a member of the guard. Perhaps we'll see that ultimately coming to pass. Perhaps we'll see him getting some real responsibility. I don't want to talk too much about what my plans are for Season 3 but obviously, the dynamic within the camp… everything is going to change now.[5]
What about [Clarke's] reunion with Bellamy?
She doesn't have any hard feelings towards Bellamy, she's probably more guilty about the fact that she ran away from all of her people. Seeing any of her people is going to bring back the memory of what she was running away from, so there will be that. For Bellamy, he's angry that she left. He's angry that she left him alone to lead their people out of this period of war into this period of peace. There's some degree of resentment on his part, for sure, but when he finds out that she's in trouble, in the premiere, another gear kicks in. Clarke is special to him. He understands that Clarke is special in general, and finding out that she's in trouble activates his inner hero and he's immediately on the case. Probably he would do the same if any of his friends were in that situation, but certainly, because it's Clarke, has an added importance in his mind. When they come together, I don't think it plays out how people will expect.[6]
